1. The government of Karnataka state promised the farmers of the state that their crop loans will be waived off as soon as possible the scheme will be executed.
2. After completion of one year from implementation of the scheme, the government finalized the eligible beneficiary list of the Karnataka loan waiver scheme
3. The actual benefit of the scheme is to eradicate the financial burden and waived of the excess loan from farmers’ heads.
4. Only those loans are waived off which are taken from cooperative banks and the loans taken from any other banks will not be waived off.

• The applicant farmer should be a permanent resident of Karnataka state.
• The purpose of loan taken by farmer should be only agriculture based practices.
• No one in the family member of the Farmer should be in government job.
• There is a condition that loan amount which will be waived off will be Rs.2 Lakhs.
• The farmer should take the loan only from primary agricultural credit co-operative society.

• First visit the official website of the scheme given here
• Now click on the option of “Citizen”.
• There are three option which will be displayed on the screen:
  • Individual Loanee Report
  • Citizen payment certificate for pacs
  • Citizen payment certificate for banks
  • Click on the desired option.
  • Then choose one of the options to search for your report-
  • Aadhaar Number
  • Ration Card number
  • After entering Valid Aadhaar or Ration Card number in the prescribed format click on the option of fetch report.
• The report will be displayed on your screen.
